Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a Global Marketing Director to define and lead the global marketing strategy for Smart Biometrics, with a focus on expanding enterprise adoption, scaling partner-driven growth, and reinforcing our leadership in biometric IAM solutions.
This role blends strategic vision, operational leadership, and hands-on execution โ with a strong external-facing focus on brand positioning, customer engagement, and go-to-market success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Marketing Strategy
- Build and execute a marketing strategy accelerating global enterprise growth.
- Lead a 3โ5 year value creation marketing roadmap aligned with portfolio innovation.
- Identify market opportunities and competitive positioning across IAM and biometric identity.
2. Brand, Messaging & Communication
- Strengthen global brand recognition in IAM, authentication, and biometric identity.
- Develop messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers and decision-makers (security, IT, risk, operations).
- Drive thought leadership through digital content, media presence, industry publications, and events.
- Partner with IDEMIAโs global communications teams to scale message impact.
3. Go-to-Market & Demand Generation
- Design and deploy multi-channel demand-generation programs targeting enterprise customers and partners.
- Support the global partner ecosystem including integrators, VARs, and technology alliances.
- Enable Sales with targeted campaigns, value propositions, collateral, and enablement tools.
- Track and optimize pipeline performance, campaign ROI, partner engagement, and product adoption.
4. Product & Offer Marketing
- Translate complex biometric and IAM solutions into compelling enterprise value propositions.
- Align marketing with product roadmap and launch strategies.
- Use market intelligence and customer insights to guide commercial strategy and innovation alignment.
5. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead and develop a global marketing team (team of 3 people. 2 based in Europe and 1 in the US)
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Strategy, and Corporate Communication.
- Build a performance-driven culture supported by operational rigor and reporting.
Profile & Requirements
- 10 years of B2B marketing experience in IAM, cybersecurity, authentication, biometrics, or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven experience in global marketing leadership and partner-enabled growth models.
- Strong track record in demand generation and enterprise go-to-market strategy.
- Experience managing global campaigns, budgets, and distributed teams.
- Fluent English required; additional languages an advantage.
