We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the optimal performance of our manufacturing facility's equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment types. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in the repair and maintenance of equipment or machinery.
- Uses hand tools, power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments to repair and maintain, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications, machinery and mechanical equipment, such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment.
- Ensures new machines are prepared for operation following protocols and procedures and perform
- regular technical testing to ensure their safety and efficiency.
- Collects data on machine operation and suggests actions to reduce machine downtime.
Qualification & Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old
- High School Diploma required
- 0-2 years’ experience in technical maintenance role.
- Must be a sole US citizen without dual citizenship.
- Must be able to successfully pass various background screening requirements including criminal history, education, credit, and drug screen as well as obtain any required program specific credentials and certifications.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $21.00/hr - $28.00/hr benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
