Role Overview
Role: Sales Director
Location: Remote or Hybrid (Eastern US preferred)
Reports to: CEO
Compensation: Salary significant performance incentives

Mission
Own and scale IDEAZ’s sales and marketing engine to deliver predictable net-new revenue, expand strategic accounts, and build a repeatable, high-performance go-to-market motion.
Primary Initial Thrusts
Fully operating sales/marketing system: cadences, dashboards, handoffs, GTM documentation
Productive revenue team built: Expanded sales team & Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Publish/refine GTM plan (ICPs, messaging, offers)
• Launch inbound/outbound systems, nurture flows, forecasting
• Create tiered target account list and ABM campaigns
• Own pipeline creation, qualification, forecasting, closing
• Advance enterprise and direct sales opportunities
• Close deals
• Lead sales resources and Marketing Manager
• Create and maintain outbound, inbound, and forecasting playbooks
• Implement pricing guardrails with Finance
• Partner with Delivery for scopes and handoffs
• Maintain forecasting accuracy
