Role Description
Ideally Productions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a growing experiential events and travel company. This is a part-time, remote position working directly with the Founder to ensure seamless execution across client projects, travel programs, events, partnerships, and business operations.
The Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining organization, supporting client communications, managing administrative processes, coordinating vendors, assisting with travel research, and helping keep projects on track from concept to completion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences behind the scenes.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience supporting entrepreneurs, executives, or growing businesses
* Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, HoneyBook, Asana, Trello, Notion, Airtable, or similar platforms
* Customer service experience with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred
