Overview We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Rental Sales & Admin Coordinator to manage a dual-focus role. This position is a perfect blend of direct customer engagement and essential administrative functions. You'll spend half your time actively promoting our rental services and building customer relationships, and the other half ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Benefits Health Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off (PTO)Competitive WagesFlexible Scheduling Commission PlanCar Allowance Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for rental inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing expert guidance on vehicle selection, features, and rental options.Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new commercial rental accounts and grow our existing customer base through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.Relationship Management: Consult with clients before, during, and after sales to resolve problems and provide ongoing support, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business. Administration & Operations Support Rental Administration: Coordinate the entire rental process, from initial inquiry to final equipment return, ensuring a seamless experience.Documentation & Accuracy: Prepare, review, and process all necessary rental agreements, contracts, and invoices with meticulous attention to detail.Fleet Maintenance Coordination: Work closely with the maintenance team to track vehicle status, schedule maintenance, and ensure the fleet is clean, safe, and ready for rental.Rental Billing: Prepare rental invoices for customers ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Requirements High School diploma or higher; advanced education or technical certifications in business, sales, or automotive/truck maintenance preferred.Relevant industry experience preferred in dealership operations, rental/fleet management, or service leadership roles a plus.Valid Driver's License This is not necessarily a list of all the duties, responsibilities and requirements associated with this position. Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
