The Inventory Control Analyst will oversee daily cycle counts including distribution of counts for the day, lead investigation for parts having errors, and lead root cause analyses and corrective action implementation, and lead annual full physical inventory.

Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shift: 1st 7:00am - 3:30pm
Duties And Responsibilities
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation as you will frequently and repetitively be required to bend, twist, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform work, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk and/or sit and reach with hands and arms. May occasionally climb stairs, drive vehicles, and operate equipment. Lift or carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Must wear required hearing and/or eye protection.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintains accurate inventory records using inventory management software or database systems.
- Monitors inventory levels and tracks inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, and withdrawals.
- Conducts regular physical inventory counts and reconciles discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Analyzes inventory data to identify trends, variances, and potential issues, and report findings to management.
- Coordinates with purchasing and receiving departments to ensure timely and accurate receipt of incoming inventory.
- Generates inventory reports, including stock status, usage, and aging reports, to support decision-making and planning.
- Assists in developing and implementing inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize inventory management processes.
- Performs cycle counts and spot checks to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinates with production and warehouse teams to prioritize inventory tasks and ensure efficient flow of materials.
- Communicates with suppliers and vendors regarding inventory issues, returns, and replenishment orders.
- Provides training and support to other team members on inventory control processes and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and tracking inventory data.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing inventory needs and priorities.
- Aptitude to use small hand tools, RF scan guns, and forklift equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent education and experience required.
- Previous forklift experience.
- Minimum one year experience in Cycle Count or Inventory Control Related Experience required.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and/or sitting and reaching with hands and arms.
- May occasionally climb drive fork lifts and operate equipment.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
