Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney – Morristown, NJ (Hybrid)
A growing and busy medical malpractice defense team is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have medical malpractice defense experience, though attorneys with general personal injury defense backgrounds will be considered if they have experience deposing physicians and nurses.
Qualifications:
• 3-7 years of litigation experience
• Medical malpractice defense experience preferred
• Experience taking depositions of medical professionals
• Strong motion practice, discovery, and case management skills
• Courtroom experience is a plus
• Licensed in New Jersey
What You'll Do:
• Manage medical malpractice defense matters
• Conduct depositions and attend court appearances
• Draft motions and handle discovery
• Work closely with experienced partners on complex cases
