Fantastic Little Rock Specialty Clinic is looking for a RN for a New Physician in the Little Rock Clinic.
Will take Patients back, Chart to EMR, Prepare for in-office Procedures, follow up, return Patient Phone Calls Plus!
Will travel to Arkadelphia twice a month, and Hot Springs Clinic once a month!
Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5 pm! Great Group/Benefits/Perks! No weekends or On-Call! Permanent Position!
Cardiology experience Preferred! Top $$ for Clinic experience!
The Clinic Nurse provides direct patient care in a clinical setting, supporting physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient care. This role includes patient assessment, treatment assistance, education, and clinic operations support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients by taking vital signs, medical histories, and documenting symptoms
- Assist physicians and healthcare providers during examinations and procedures
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed
- Perform basic clinical procedures
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, preventive care, and follow-up instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in electronic health systems
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to providers promptly
- Ensure infection control standards and clinic safety protocols are followed
- Manage clinic supplies, equipment, and medication inventory
- Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-up care
- Respond to medical emergencies within the clinic according to protocol
Qualifications
- Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN/LVN, as applicable)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Knowledge of infection control and patient safety standards
