Currently looking for a Medical Front Desk candidate to fill an opening for a Little Rock Specialty clinic. Interested candidates should have Medical Office experience and knowledge HIPAA guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule follow up appointments in accordance with patient, physician and/or department requirements; coordinate with other departments as necessary; enters appropriate patient information in the scheduling software.

Collect Payment & Co-payments, Post to Accounts

Recognize and records changes in patient information (address, apt. #, phone, insurance, etc.), updates information in computer.
Requirements:

MUST have Medical Office experience.

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Strong interpersonal skills
