Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing exceptional customer support.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette.
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly, ensuring clear communication.
- Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and update records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meetings or events as needed.
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, proofreading documents, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area.
- Perform clerical duties including typing, proofreading, filing, and data entry to support daily operations effectively.

Skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and general office management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating attention to detail and reliability.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
- Bilingual Required!!! abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs.
