Ideal Software Systems, an innovator in business management systems for 30 years, is seeking a talented Support Assistant as the first point of contact to the customers we serve. The Ideal candidate should be customer oriented, possess excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality, and have experience in handling a high volume of calls and triaging on a multi-line phone system.

- Field and triage a high volume of calls on a multi-line phone system
- Serve as company’s first point of contact for incoming customer calls
- Perform other reasonable administrative duties as requested by Supervisor
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of related experience
- Knowledge of PCs and familiarity with common programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to type quickly while listening
- Ability to work within a team-based environment
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to multi-task is required
- Excellent verbal and grammatical skills
