Experienced Electrician, (WI Master /Journeyman / or 4 year apprentice)
Ideal Service, LLC is hiring a licensed electrician to join our growing team. We are a locally owned electrical contractor based between Gilman and Stanley, WI, serving residential, farm, commercial customers with service, remodels, and new construction throughout the area.
Our work includes:
- Service work & troubleshooting
- Electrical upgrades
- Remodels & additions
- New construction
- Farm (Grain drying sites and some dairy farms)
- Light commercial electrical work
Most job sites are within approximately 50–60 miles of our shop north of Stanley, WI.

What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems per NEC and Wisconsin code requirements
- Perform service work, upgrades, remodels, and new construction installations
- Install conduit, lighting, control systems, motor feeders, and standard motor connections
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide practical solutions
- Keep job sites, tools, and vehicles clean and organized
- Follow and promote workplace safety standards
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Mentor and support less experienced electricians
- Provide excellent customer interactions and represent the company professionally
- Work independently and complete projects on time
- Design, lay out, and develop material lists for repairs, maintenance, and installations.

Schedule
- Four 10-hour daytime shifts typical (Monday-Thursday 6am to 4:30pm)
- Evening and weekend work may occasionally be needed due to weather, emergencies, or project deadlines
