Ideal Storage is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Self-Storage Facility Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Hillsboro/Abbott facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with renting storage units and managing their accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Make collection calls and follow up on delinquent accounts.
- Monitor the property and conduct regular inspections.
- Keep the facility clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Clean and prepare vacant units for new customers.
- Identify and report maintenance, safety, and security issues.
- Handle daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Represent Ideal Storage in a professional and friendly manner.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable and able to work independently.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable making collection calls and discussing payments.
- Basic computer skills.
- Comfortable with light cleaning and physical property upkeep.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
Self-storage experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate.
Compensation:
$15–$17 per hour, based on experience.
