What You’ll Do
- Manage residential roofing projects from production start to completion
- Coordinate crews, materials, schedules, and inspections
- Be the main point of contact for homeowners during the project
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to Ideal Roofing standards
- Handle jobsite issues before they become problems
- Communicate clearly with sales, operations, and ownership
- Close out jobs cleanly: punch lists, final inspections, documentation

- Experience in roofing or residential construction project management (required)
- Strong organizational skills—you don’t drop balls
- Confident communicator with homeowners and crews
- Comfortable making decisions and solving problems on the fly
- Tech-capable (CRM, scheduling, basic reporting)
