What You’ll Do
- Manage daily plant operations, production, inventory, and delivery logistics
- Operate a Ready-Mix truck as needed to support deliveries
- Lead, train, and develop plant and driver staff
- Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company policies
- Maintain trucks, equipment, and plant facilities in top condition
- Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time, high quality deliveries
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED (referred)
- CDL license with a clean driving record
- 2 years experience operating a Ready-Mix plant and equipment
- Knowledge of concrete batching, mix designs, and production processes
- Leadership experience and strong communication skills
- Ability to pass post-offer drug screen, physical and background check
