Duties
- Perform repairs and maintenance inside of vacant homes to prepare them for move in.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Conduct residential painting tasks as needed, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Maintaining a consistent and regular schedule.
- Managing your goals and tasks and facilitating a busy and productive work environment.
Skills
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various issues.
- Proficiency in communication within the team and with clients.
- Experience in supervising/cooperating with staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices, ensuring all areas are well-kept and functional.
- Skills in residential painting techniques, ensuring aesthetic quality in projects.
- Familiarity with installing cabinets, flooring, doors, windows etc.
- Problem solving abilities.
