Ideal Partners Staffing is seeking a capable Controller to support a company that’s growing and integrating several business units. The role involves consolidating financial records and managing the technical aspects of the accounting operations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, and month-end/year-end close.
- Lead the consolidation of financial records from multiple acquired entities into the parent company.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage and mentor a team of three accounting staff members.
- Optimize accounting workflows and implement process improvements across the department.
- Maintain and enhance functionality within Microsoft Dynamics; act as an internal resource for system optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on financial strategy, forecasting, and integration planning.
- Support audits, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
- Partner cross-functionally with the entities and finance operations to ensure accurate revenue, expense, and lending-related accounting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with consolidations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics (required).
- Proven ability to lead teams through organizational growth and change.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
