The Role
As a Personal Trainer, you are responsible for responsible for delivering an elevated coaching experience that helps members move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. This role combines expert programming, intentional coaching, authentic relationship-building, and exceptional service to create meaningful member outcomes and long-term transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design safe, personalized, and resultsdriven training programs tailored to each member’s goals, lifestyle, movement quality, and fitness level.
- Deliver highenergy, educational, and engaging personal training sessions that reflect the Kaizen standard of professionalism, care, and excellence.
- Coach proper movement mechanics, exercise technique, performance principles, recovery practices, and sustainable habits.
- Build authentic relationships with members throughout the facility by providing encouragement, education, accountability, and support.
- Conduct consultations, assessments, and goalsetting sessions, then make personalized coaching recommendations.
- Promote personal training, Workout Workshops, member events, and coaching services in a way that supports member success and business growth.
- Use CRM systems to maintain accurate client notes, progress tracking, scheduling, and consistent followup with clients and leads.
- Contribute to a clean, organized, welcoming, and premium facility experience while supporting a positive, teamoriented culture.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Nationally accredited personal training certification required.
- CPR/AED certification required.
- High level of organization and followup discipline
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and personal growth.
- Preferred: 1 years of personal training experience, a related degree, luxury fitness or hospitality experience, and/or specialty certifications.
Compensation Structure
Compensation for this role includes - base pay & commission on training services. Additional incentive pay eligible based on individual and team performance.
