The Role

As a Les Mills Instructor, you are responsible delivering pre-choreographed Les Mills programming with precision, energy, and motivation while guiding participants through structured workouts. Each Instructor creates a dynamic, challenging, and inclusive environment that encourages participants of all fitness levels to push their limits safely, improve performance, and achieve their personal wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Les Mills classes following official choreography and program standards.
  • Deliver prechoreographed workouts with accurate timing, coaching cues, and structured progression in alignment with Les Mills programming.
  • Demonstrate proper technique for ensuring safe and effective movement execution.
  • Provide modifications per Les Mills program guidance.
  • Monitor participants during class and provide encouragement, feedback, and corrections when necessary.
  • Ensure all classes begin and end on schedule.
  • Create a welcoming, motivating, and inclusive class environment.
  • Stay current with Les Mills certifications as required by Les Mills.
  • Build positive relationships with members and promote participation in group fitness programs.

Qualifications

  • Current Les Mills certification required prior to hire.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • CPR/AED certification required.
  • High level of organization and followup discipline
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and personal growth.
  • Preferred: 1 years of personal training experience, a related degree, luxury fitness or hospitality experience, and/or specialty certifications.

Compensation Structure

Compensation for this role includes - base pay & commission per class. Additional incentive pay eligible based on individual and team performance.
