Ideal Office Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for an Interior Design Specialist with a strong focus on office furniture, space planning, and workplace design. If you enjoy transforming corporate spaces and creating efficient, modern work environments, this role is for you.

You’ll develop furniture layouts, specify products, and support clients from concept through installation—working closely with our sales and project teams to deliver functional, stylish, and well-planned office spaces.

• Develop office furniture concepts, workstation layouts, and visual design presentations
• Create detailed floor plans, schematics, and installation drawings
• Specify office furniture systems, seating, storage, and finishes
• Collaborate with sales and project management to ensure accurate and installable designs
• Support projects from initial consultation through final installation
• Ensure all design deliverables meet client expectations and brand standards

• Degree/certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience in office furniture planning or commercial workplace design
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, CET, Cyncly 2020, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of furniture systems, finishes, ergonomic standards, and corporate design trends
• Ability to read architectural drawings and develop functional space plans
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
• Local travel for site visits and installations
