Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and provide efficient service
- Process transactions accurately using POS system
- Restock meals and beverages throughout the day
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of storefront and walk-in cooler
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain a high standard of customer experience at all times
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs and working inside a cooler when restocking
- Weekend availability (required)
- Availability for early shifts (8:00 am start) preferred
Compensation
- Part-Time: $15 per hour
- Full-Time: $16 per hour
- Part-time and full-time opportunities depending on availability and store needs
Skills
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases.
- Proven experience in customer support roles is preferred.
- Candidate is required to have full availability.
