We’re looking for a reliable, safety‑driven Equipment Operator to join our growing excavation and site‑work team in Clinton, WI. Responsibilities
- Heavy Equipment Operation — Safely and efficiently operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, dozers, and related machinery.
- Site Work Execution — Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and full site preparation.
- Equipment Care — Complete daily inspections and basic maintenance.
- Team Collaboration — Work closely with crew members and supervisors to meet project timelines.
- Safety Compliance — Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Labor Support — Assist with general labor tasks when equipment operation is not required.
Qualifications
- Equipment Experience — Prior experience operating heavy machinery.
- Outdoor Readiness — Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Excavation Knowledge — Strong understanding of excavation and site‑development methods.
- Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical job duties.
