- Welcomes customers and builds rapport to assess individual needs.
- Recommends suitable wireless devices, plans, and accessories based on customer requirements.
- Promotes and upsells Cricket Wireless products and services to meet sales targets.
- Stays current on promotions, offers, and wireless trends to effectively educate customers.
- Provides basic technical support, including device setup and troubleshooting.
- Clearly explains billing procedures, account setup, and service options.
- Accurately processes transactions such as payments, activations, and upgrades.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment.
- Supports team members to achieve overall store performance goals.
- Participates in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Accepts and applies constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
