As a Landscape Installation Crew Member, you will play a hands-on role in enhancing the beauty and functionality of residential and commercial properties. This position reports to the Crew Supervisor.

Now Hiring: Landscape Installation Crew Member
As a Landscape Installation Crew Member, you will play a hands-on role in enhancing the beauty and functionality of residential and commercial properties. This position reports to the Crew Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, care for, and operate equipment including trucks, Ditch Witch, saws, hand tools, and trailers, ensuring all tools are clean, serviced, and ready for use
- Pick up all trash and debris at the end of each day
- Organize tools and equipment daily to keep them accessible and in good working condition
- Respond promptly to directions from the supervisor and lead man
- Focus on assigned tasks to ensure quality and efficiency in landscape installation
- Learn and adapt to feedback to meet quality standards
- Install plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, mulch, and hardscapes such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls according to design plans
- Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Report safety hazards or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Collaborate effectively with crew members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
- Basic knowledge of landscape installation techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to safely use and maintain landscaping tools and equipment
- Physically capable of performing demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods in all weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license (or equivalent) required
