The Internal Audit Intern will assist with testing controls, documenting findings, and analysing data to support audit projects and strengthen compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes.
- Support testing of internal controls and document findings.
- Help prepare audit workpapers and summarize observations for review.
- Participate in data analysis and risk assessments.
- Contribute to process improvement recommendations based on audit results.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of audit principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
The expected pay rate for this position is between $15.00 and $20.00 per hour and is full-time.
