- Conduct comprehensive compliance audits and risk assessments across global manufacturing sites to identify potential regulatory gaps.
- Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies and procedures in alignment with international trade laws, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees and management on compliance requirements and ethical business conduct.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations worldwide and communicate their impact to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external regulatory bodies to resolve compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support compliance activities and regulatory inspections.
- Advise on compliance aspects of new product development and supply chain management to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance consulting or regulatory affairs within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, environmental laws, and industry-specific compliance standards.
- Proven experience conducting compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex regulatory information clearly.
- Master’s degree or advanced certification in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or related discipline.
- Experience working in durable goods manufacturing or a closely related sector.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in multiple languages relevant to key manufacturing regions.
- Experience with digital compliance management tools and software.
