Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
•
Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits.
•
Track, log, and update inventory levels in the ERP/MRP or inventory management system.
•
Monitor part shortages and report discrepancies to supervisors.
•
Label, tag, and organize incoming and existing inventory for easy identification.
•
Assist with root-cause investigation of inventory inaccuracies.
Data Entry & Documentation
•
Accurately enter inventory transactions such as receipts, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
•
Maintain digital and physical records of shipments, material usage, and warehouse activities.
•
Generate inventory reports and assist with documentation required for audits.
•
Communicate effectively with production, purchasing, and quality teams regarding inventory status.
