Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. The Registered Nurse will play a crucial role in patient assessment, triage, and the implementation of care plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care in various settings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and families on health management and infectious disease prevention.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Utilize Home Care Home Base electronic health record systems.
• Advocate for patients and ensure their needs are met within the healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing quality patient-centered care.
