What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Aide (HHA) position at Ideal Healthcare Solutions, LLC?
Ideal Healthcare Solutions, LLC is looking for CNAs/GNAs and CMTs . Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. Experience required.
We currently have immediate openings:
1. Schedule:
9am-2:30pm 4 days a week. 9am-3pm one day a week. This would start 12/15/2025
Client will need services Monday- Friday. Multiple caregivers are needed as backup PRN. Training can be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to patients in day to day activities
- Ensure patients receive their proper medication in a timely manner
- Communicate with medical professionals about patients health or issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- Experience working as a personal care aide or similar field
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to patient needs
- High attention to detail
- Certifications that may apply- CNA/CMT/GNA current with MBON, CPR and First Aid
- Current PPD/ Medical Statement with no job restrictions.
- Clean Background Check Required.
- 2 years recent home health experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in personal care as needed
- Ensure health and safety guidelines are met.
- Meal Prep
Qualifications
- 2 years or more Experience working in a related field
- Familiarity working with nursing equipment
- High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Certifications and licenses that apply
