Role Description
We are seeking a competent and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and oversee electrical projects while ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and safety. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Iberia, LA. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating electrical teams, ensuring timely project completion, managing project materials, troubleshooting electrical systems, and liaising with other contractors and stakeholders to maintain project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and expertise in Electricity and Electrical Wiring
- Experience with Electrical Contracting and Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving electrical systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations
- State-issued Electrical License or certification required
- Previous experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role preferred
- Physical ability to work in various environments, including outdoor and industrial settings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
