You’ll be equipped with the training, tools, and resources to grow your skills and advance your career in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Every day, you’ll help create confident smiles and contribute to the long-term oral health of the community. What you'll do: Create a welcoming environment for patients, helping them feel comfortable and confident throughout their orthodontic journey. Support patients through complex orthodontic procedures, helping them feel informed, calm, and confident throughout their treatment experience. Work alongside the Orthodontist to ensure precision, efficiency, and a smooth clinical experience tailored to each patient’s needs. Educate patients on post-treatment care and recovery to promote healing and long-term oral health. Coordinate care and follow-ups, ensuring patients receive timely treatment and clear communication throughout their visit. Maintain detailed and accurate records to support clinical decision-making and continuity of care. Foster a collaborative team environment by staying proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality specialty care. Contribute to the success of orthodontic practice by helping manage clinical readiness, patient flow, and operational support.3 days per month on Thursdays. Travel will be to Huntersville, Steele Creek and Kannapolis.
