We are looking for an experienced inside sales representative to join our growing HVAC team
This is an in-office sales position focused on closing warm leads. You will be speaking by phone with customers who have already received a quote for air conditioning/HVAC services. This is NOT a cold calling position. You will be working with customers who have already shown interest in our services.
What you will do:
-Follow up with customers who have received HVAC/ air conditioning quotes
-Speak with customers by phone and understand their needs
-Answer questions and address concerns
-Build repoire and establish trust with potential customers
-Follow up consistently and professionally
-Close sales and help customers move forward with their HVAC projects
-Maintain accurate customer and sales information
-Meet and exceed sales goals
What we are looking for:
-Previous sales experience is REQUIRED. Sales experience must be clearly listed on your resume
-Proven ability to close sales
-Strong communication and phone skills
-Confident, persuasuve, and professional personality
-Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale
-Self motivated and driven by results
-Reliable and able to work a 40-hour work week
-HVAC or Home services Sales experience is a plus
Compensation: 100% incentive based commission pay
This position is completely incentive based so your earning potential is tied directly to your sales performance. If you are motivated, competive, and confident in your ability to close deals, this position offer the opportunity to earn based on your results.
