Friday & Saturday | $14–$18/Hour | Potential to Become Full-Time
We are looking for a dependable, caring, and responsible Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work primarily Fridays and Saturdays supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.
This is a great position for someone who enjoys working longer shifts and fewer days per week. The position will begin as a Friday/Saturday role, but there is an opportunity for this position to transition into a full-time schedule for the right person.
Pay
$14–$18 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and shift.
Certain extended shifts may also be offered at an equivalent daily/shift rate, depending on the length and structure of the shift.
Schedule
We are currently looking for coverage on:
Friday
Saturday
Shifts may be longer than a traditional 8-hour workday, which can allow you to earn more hours while working fewer days.
Additional shifts may become available, and this position has the potential to develop into a full-time role.
What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll help individuals with disabilities live safely and as independently as possible.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing supervision and support
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Preparing meals
- Helping with household tasks
- Providing transportation and attending activities
- Assisting with medications as authorized and trained
- Completing basic documentation
- Helping individuals work toward personal goals
- Maintaining a safe, positive, and respectful home environment
We're Looking for Someone Who Is:
- Dependable and punctual

- Responsible and trustworthy
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to communicate well with individuals, families, and other staff
- Willing to work longer shifts
- Available consistently on Fridays and Saturdays
- De-escalation skills
Previous DSP, caregiving, CNA, residential-support, or similar experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
