We are seeking to hire an experienced construction professional to join our Sales & Estimating team.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Interact and communicate with clients in commercial, government, and industrial sectors environments
- Perform on-site and virtual take-offs
- Secure all necessary pricing from vendors and partners
- Create estimates and proposals
- Review and manage plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work
- Create Project handoff documents
- Participate in Project Handoff and Project Budget process
- Weekly Paychecks

- High School Diploma
- 2 Years of Experience in Construction as an Estimator or Project Manager is required
- Familiar with Computer Takeoff Software (Planswift, Bluebeam, Edge, Stack, etc..)
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel
