Responsibilities
- Issue checks for outgoing transactions/ invoices
- Data entry of monies going in and out
- Review & enter all incoming bills& invoices in a timely manner and match invoices to purchase orders
- Support month-end and year-end report process
- Ensure timely payments for all A/P
- Creating financial statements and general bookkeeping/accounting work.
Requirements
- Must be detail-oriented
- Knowledge of Excel
- Previous bookkeeping experience is a plus
- Bilingual - Mandarin preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
