Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Architect to design and integrate enterprise-level marketing, web, and customer experience technologies across cloud and on-prem platforms. This role bridges marketing, technology, and architecture ensuring seamless digital experiences from pre-login through post-login journeys while driving data integration, personalization, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Web Applications & Integrations
- Lead design and integration of pre-login web functionality (e.g., web forms, ID card, cost estimator, Find a Dentist) with cloud infrastructure and APIs.
- Partner with development teams to ensure AEM content management integrates effectively with cloud-hosted web applications.
- Oversee video integration and streaming capabilities across marketing and customer-facing sites.
Consent, Compliance & Data Governance
- Implement and enforce Consent Management solutions ensuring data privacy, user preference management, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA as applicable).
- Validate consent flows across all digital touchpoints and coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure consistent enforcement.
Analytics & Personalization
- Design and maintain web analytics integrations across both pre- and post-login experiences.
- Enable data sharing between analytics platforms and third-party advertising and marketing systems in alignment with consent policies.
- Architect and implement personalization frameworks using Adobe Target to deliver tailored experiences.
Marketing Technology & Automation
- Integrate Adobe Workfront with AEM Assets for efficient creative and content workflows.
- Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to enable marketing automation and unified Customer 360 views within Salesforce Marketing Cloud / CRM ecosystems.
- Oversee URL management and DNS resolution for marketing campaigns (e.g., SiteDetour, Apache Reverse Proxy, GoDaddy).
Future Initiatives
- Evaluate and implement eSignature solutions to support digital marketing and customer engagement workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in digital marketing technology architecture or martech solution design.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Target, Workfront)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud / CRM
- Consent Management Platforms (e.g., OneTrust, TrustArc)
- Web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong understanding of web architecture, REST APIs, and cloud-native integrations.
- Experience with data governance, privacy compliance, and customer identity management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in regulated industries such as Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
- Familiarity with DNS management, reverse proxy configuration, and security frameworks for digital marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of eSignature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign).
