Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Installation Technician based in Amarillo, TX. The Installation Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining communication and security systems. Day-to-day tasks include cabling, diagnosing technical issues, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality installations and prompt support.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Experience in cabling and system installations
- Demonstrated ability to ensure customer satisfaction and address service needs effectively
- Ability to work in a team and independently as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training in relevant fields are a plus
- Prior experience in communication or security systems is highly preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED. Curiosity and willingness to grow and learn are welcomed.
