JOB SUMMARYIdea Recruiters is searching for a Producer for a local Insurance Agency in Beaufort, SC. We are seeking candidates that respond to customers’ inquiries via phone, email, or chat; knows how to resolve customer complaints and resolves issues in a professional manner, and provide information about available services. The Producer must also build and maintain client relationships and stay current on insurance products and regulations. SHIFT INFORMATION Days: Monday – FridayHours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Ø Professionally sell and explain property and casualty insurance policies to customers and clients (home, auto, business, life, etc)Ø Identify and prospect new clients, assess their needs, tailor policy recommendations based on those needsØ Manage the entire sales cycle from lead to closeØ Maintain client relationships, handle renewals, and collaborate with other departmentsØ Develop and execute a sales plan to meet new business targetsØ Conduct sales and present customized insurance solutions to prospects and clientsØ Serve as the main point of contact for policy changes, renewals, and questions.Ø Assist clients with claims processesØ Utilize sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track progressØ Create customize insurance policies to meet unique client requirementsØ Educate clients on different insurance options and coverage detailsØ Answer customer questions promptly and efficiently through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, face-to-face interactions, etc)Ø Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely mannerØ Manage customer accounts and billing inquiriesØ Maintain a high level of company products/services knowledge and communicate effectively with the customers and/or team membersØ Recognize chances to upsell or cross-sell services that may benefit customersØ Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in various software platformsØ Work well with team members and other departments to ensure consistent and positive customer experienceØ Provide excellent and effective written and verbal communication with othersØ Must have the ability to listen carefully to understand customer concerns Ø Provide strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutionsØ Show empathy towards othersØ Write Property and Casualty Insurance Policies based on customers’ needsØ Contact potential customers or clients through networking, referrals, and outreach to build customer baseØ Interview prospective customers to understand their financial situation and existing coverageØ Analyze a client’s needs and recommend suitable insurance policies, such as life, health, home, or autoØ Explain policy features, sell policies, and process applications for underwriting approvalØ Maintain accurate and confidential records of client information and policy detailsØ Stay up-to-date on state and federal regulations, securing necessary licenses, and complete continuing education requirements#IND1
