Behavior Analyst Position
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at IDEA Public Schools. As a BCBA, you will provide high-quality behavior analysis services and support for students with Autism in our schools.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and overseeing trainings for school staff and parents
- Directly coaching and monitoring Regional Behavior Therapists
- Supervising Registered Behavior Technician Assistants
You will also support our schools in the lower RGV, covering areas from Brownsville to Weslaco, and collaborate with Special Education teachers to develop Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans.
