What are the responsibilities and job description for the Packaging Designer position at Idea Nuova, Inc.?
Job Responsibility:
- Review all packaging requirements for customers; design and conceptualize each retailer’s needs
- Create packaging specifications and constructed mock-ups for Licensor Requirements
- Re-touching of Photos
- Incorporate product photos/room setting/lifestyle on the package
- Create packaging specifications and constructed mock-ups for client presentation.
- Create vivid concept imagery and physical packaging mock-ups for sales presentations to clients.
- Must be able to design and layout die lines for new and existing products using Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Coordinate design projects as directed through multiple associates from concept to final delivery of assets to factory.

Skills and Abilities Qualification:
- BA Degree in Textiles or Fashion Design, a plus
- Strong conceptual design ability and color sense
- Proven understanding of the retail market trends
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking, ability to apply general concepts to specific problems to produce positive results is a must
- Strong documentation and organization skills
- Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Outlook
- 3D design a plus
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
