What You’ll Do
🎉 Event Coordination & Execution
- Support planning and execution of broker activations, seminars, and community events
- Assist with logistics: materials, setup, attendance tracking, and on-site coordination
- Help manage invitations, guest lists, and post-event reporting
- Ensure smooth execution of event-day operations
💻 Platform & Communication Support (Idea for Brokers)
- Assist with content updates and basic platform organization
- Support brokers with general platform usage questions
- Escalate technical issues or feedback to internal teams
🗂 Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain calendars, schedules, and tracking tools
- Support meeting coordination, documentation, and reporting
- Ensure organization of marketing files and deliverables
📦 Materials, Inventory & Logistics
- Support preparation and distribution of marketing materials
- Assist with inventory tracking and procurement coordination
- Ensure event materials are properly stocked and organized
🎙 Podcast & Content Support
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of podcast recordings
- Support logistics for recording sessions and production prep
- Help with post-session coordination tasks
🤝 Cross-Functional Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support to Sales, HR, Operations, and IT as needed
- Assist with internal initiatives and business support tasks
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in administrative, marketing, or coordination roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to event coordination, logistics, or administrative support
- Interest in marketing operations and business support functions
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
