About the Role
IDEA Insurance Agency is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Analyst to support our Executive Team. This on-site position will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and delivering executive-level insights through data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reports.
- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth and cost savings.
- Build reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Lead cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor departmental metrics and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Create forecasting models for revenue, staffing, and operational performance.
- Partner with department leaders to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Finance, Strategy, or Operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, dashboards, advanced formulas).
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting executive leadership is highly preferred.
- Insurance or financial services experience is a plus.
