Operations Analyst
Location: Preference for someone in RTP, North Carolina (will consider Hybrid or Remote candidates) Full-time: 40 hours/week

Role Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years of experience) interested in venture capital, startups, and operational excellence. The Analyst will support all the activities and functions of the firm.
The candidate should be a self-starter, someone capable of working independently and efficiently. They should be comfortable being part of a small team that works in a fast and nimble environment.
Core Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for the following sets of broad tasks:
- Collect, organize, process and manage data
- Prepare reports, memos, dashboards based on the data collected
- Assist with the organization and scheduling of events and activities
- Manage the tools used by the firm including CRM, Data Storage, Databases, AI, etc.
Core Functions
The candidate will work and be exposed to every major company function, including:
- Fund operations
- Investor relationships / Portfolio success
- Marketing / Branding
- Portfolio management
- Deal sourcing and execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (0–2 years) in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiar with company financial statements
- Familiar with Excel modeling
- Comfortable learning to use new tools.
- Customer service skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships
- Self-starter with a curiosity for startups, venture capital, and operational systems.
