The People & Culture Intern will support the People & Culture team on a three-month assignment, focusing on critical projects that streamline HR operations and enhance internal communications. This role provides excellent exposure to international development and HR practices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Systems & Compliance
- Standardize internal filing systems
- Audit benefits systems
- Audit and standardize team owned SOPs
- Create SOP template for global team
- Support the development and execution of the annual training calendar
- Edit and update the internal intranet site
- Create notebooks with Gemini
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently earned a degree in International Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Human Development, Sociology, Digital Marketing, or related discipline
- Experience in a Google systems, Applicant Tracking Systems Employee Wellness, or relevant role
- Fluent in English. Second language that's used in an area where we work is a plus
- Demonstrates empathy, humility, authenticity, and respect in the workplace

- Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and across multiple time zones and languages

- Work is performed primarily in a remote office environment
- Normally required to see at far and close range, and communicate verbally through listening and speaking
