What are the responsibilities and job description for the Point of Sale Support Specialist position at IDC?
Eligibility Requirements:
· Experience working in a support or IT environment supporting a POS system, to include Site Server, Credit Server or other relevant systems. Experience working with Fuel Controller, Pumps, and CRINDs. Ability to troubleshoot and fix complex issues relating to the entire Business Unit.
· Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
· If Degreed, preferred Major: MIS or Computer Science
Work Experience Desired:
· Minimum of 3 years working with POS systems.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
· Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
· High level of organization
