Duties
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in a thorough and timely manner
- Assist dentists chairside during various procedures including restorations, endodontics, prosthodontics, and general dentistry treatments
- Take digital X-rays, including Panoramic
- Provide patient education on oral health care, including post-treatment instructions
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Dental Assistant, at least 2 years
- Ability to perform X-ray procedures accurately
- Strong understanding of various dental burs, instruments and procedures
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, doctor and teammates
- Position is for 3-4 days a week, with some Saturdays. Hours are usually 9-5
