Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our organization’s administrative team. This vital role involves accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various systems to ensure the integrity and accessibility of information. Responsibilities

  • Enter data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other digital platforms with precision and speed
  • Maintain and update records by accurately transcribing information from various sources
  • Manage data collection tasks, ensuring completeness and correctness of information
  • Organize files systematically through electronic filing systems and physical document management
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, perform basic math calculations, and generate reports
  • Support order entry processes by verifying details and processing transactions efficiently
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data verification, and maintaining data integrity
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry workflows and improve accuracy
  • Perform routine quality checks on entered data to identify discrepancies or errors
  • Support transcription tasks for audio or written content as needed
  • Demonstrate proficiency in office software applications to enhance productivity

Qualifications

  • Proven clerical experience with a focus on data entry or administrative support
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, and familiarity with ERP systems
  • Experience working with databases and performing data collection activities
  • Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; familiarity with transcription is a plus
  • Basic math skills for data validation and calculations
  • Knowledge of filing systems—both electronic and physical—and organizational skills
  • Prior office experience demonstrating attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with order entry processes and office procedures is advantageous

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
