- Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend personalized treatment plans.
- Manage appointments and keep accurate, up-to-date client records.
- Support product and service sales to enhance client results and satisfaction.
- Assist with social media engagement to promote services and connect with clients.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation and safety practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively while delivering high-quality treatments.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a desire to stay current on trends and techniques.
- Previous experience in sales and customer service is a plus.
