What you can expect from this role
- 27 bed unit with 5 chest pain beds
- Pediatric Level 2 Trauma Center
- Team-based nursing model (1:4-6 ratio)
- Self-scheduling unit in 6 week blocks
- Dedicated ED pharmacist and 24-hour social worker
- Continuing education scholarships – including conferences, certification, licensure
- Safe working environment reinforced by all team members
- Certification pay available
- Additional PTO for night shift offered
- Full-time (0.9 FTE), night shift opening
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in nursing required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred
- Experience: 1 year RN Experience; ED experience preferred
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
