Position Overview:

What you’ll do? ? Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists /Sales Support ) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility of a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; sales associates will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, while focusing on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.? Cash Wrap/Cashier:? use our modern store technology ( ie :? POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication) to be well-informed on company priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services?

Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer?

Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what’s new and what’s already on the floor; contribute to the completion of omni order fulfilment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up?

Position Requirements:?

A t least 16 years of age?

A willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds?

Goal/Achievement oriented?

Some technical aptitude?

Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while working through competing priorities?

Ability to work a flexible schedule?
